Physical Products (Mugs, Candles, etc.)
Because our products are made-to-order through our printing partners, we only offer refunds or replacements for the following:
- Damaged items
- Misprinted designs
- Incorrect items received
- Items that arrive broken
To request a replacement, please email us at info@tpofhopeministries.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Digital Products (eBooks, Journals, Downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable due to immediate access.
If you have trouble downloading your product, contact us and we’ll make sure you receive your file.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will work with the fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
